I’ve chosen the word ALLOW as my 2024 Word of the Year to practice.

ALLOW to me is learning to learning to embrace an “AND” form or life, rather than only an “OR” version of life. Crunchy OR creamy. Dogs OR cats. Rain OR shine.

I look to see the value of several versions of life while ALLOWING my values to remain strong.
